Phone number — your number is your account identifier and how we deliver videos.
Photo and voice recording — the image and audio you submit so we can generate your AI avatar and synthetic voice. These may constitute biometric information.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create, render, caption, and deliver your AI Twin videos.

To process payments and manage subscriptions.

We do not use your voice or likeness to train AI models for other users, and we do not use them for advertising.

3. Your Voice and Likeness

Your photo and voice are used solely to generate content for you. We do not sell your voice or likeness, and we do not license, disclose, or make them available to any third party for that third party's own purposes. Access is limited to the providers described below, strictly to deliver the Service.

4. Service Providers We Use

To provide the Service we share the minimum necessary data with trusted vendors that act on our behalf and are contractually limited to processing it only to deliver the Service — for example: cloud hosting and database storage, AI avatar/video generation, voice synthesis, automatic captioning, and message delivery. These providers may not use your voice, likeness, or other personal data for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain Your Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and underlying biometric inputs at any time by contacting us; we will delete them within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law.

By providing your number you consent to receive automated text messages from Creatoor AI. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
